Pu paint is the collective name of all polyurethane coatings. Its film-forming method is natural film-forming without special process. PU paint is currently the most high-end paint in decorative woodwork, and is generally used in high-end furniture.

Mix proportion:
Main agent A: hardener B: PU diluent=1:0.5:0.7-1 (proper amount) (please refer to Product Label for details).
Coating viscosity:
Dilute a proper amount of PU diluent and test with viscosity glass (Glass Yantian 2#); the viscosity is 10-13 seconds.
Duration:
To be coat within 4 hours (Temperature 25℃, humidity 75%)
Cautions:
1. The normal coating temperature for PU paint is 18-30℃. Please consult our technical department for temperature beyond this range;
2. We suggest to dry PU paint in the oasthouse after the surface of the paint is dry to ensure all paints are dry; Suggested temperature: 40-45℃ 4-6 hours or 55-60 ℃ 40-60 minutes;
3. The next process shall not begin before PU primer is completely dry. Otherwise, the paint will be sunken and dent appears.
